Carpenter Brut

Carpenter Brut seek their inspiration in the TV shows of the eighties and B movies packed full of synthesisers. Some associate them with the beats of Justice and the horror world of the American movie director John Carpenter. But after listening to their three EP’s, we’d be more inclined to put them in the metal category, worthy inheritors of the Dario Argento line and a force-fed religious education. This would explain their penchant for the occult and a passion for kitsch sounds. A metal and electro base offering an experience of dark synth or aggressive and violent metal dance, in a vintage delirium from the eighties.
