  • Joyful tropical electro

A duo that has risen up from the tropical underground scene, Cero39 electrify the dance floors of Bogotá thanks to their powerful creations. This amazing project is led by Mauricio Alvarez, who one day decided to walk along the banks of the Magdalena river that has its source in the Colombian Andes and flows into the Atlantic at Barranquilla. He spent a whole year immersing himself in and soaking up traditional music in order to extract its essence. This has now been captured in joyful electronic compositions, which mix reggaeton, hip-hop, champeta and dembow. An all-terrain exploration in the alternative electro tropical field.
