  • Jazz with punk charisma

TaxiWars is the story of two men. The first, Tom Barman, nonchalantly posted front of stage, tells his stories, half-spoken, half-sung, with as much pride and charisma as when he was the figurehead of dEUS. The second, Robin Verheyen, a few steps behind him, accompanies the voice with the lyrical, soaring power of his saxophone. A timeless, bubbling jazz, charmingly elegant, supported by just what it takes of rock, funk and punk. A bass and drums complete this very singular formation, something of a return to fundamentals where music, traveling freely, raises its voice without ever shouting.
