- Techno variations from under the counter
They owe their origins to a music blog not to bodybuilding, on which two teenagers from Northern Ireland dug up and posted some old gems of Italian disco, techno, Detroit or Chicago house. Fans' ‘likes’ and celestial journeys into dark cellars filled with dancing bodies soon multiplied. Difficult to classify –which is what we like about it - their album navigates between techno, progressive house, trance and garage, with Bollywood notes or eighties synths à la John Carpenter. Do not rely on the strength of their arms, more used to lifting vinyls than tree trunks. But when the Bicep hit, they hit hard. And it feels good.
