- Afro-Colombian house witchcraft
Originally from the Caribbean coast of Colombia, Ghetto Kumbé were formed by the coming together of three virtuoso musicians in a singing-percussion combo that summons the pagan minds of rumba music, yet both digital and aware. Impossible to resist their trans-dance. At issue: the power of a techno house full of electro-Caribbean beats and traditional West African or Afro-Colombian rhythms. Equipped with neon tribal helmets and fired up by their ardent fervour, the trio promise to deliver magnetic live shows full of intoxicating excitement, guaranteed to embark body and soul on a trip that is half-futuristic, half-ritual.
