And that is perhaps just the extra amount that this foursome bring to the music that they themselves qualify as “African Pop”. The four members of this group, founded nearly ten years ago in Johannesburg, come from South Africa and Mozambique. Dub, Ska, Reggae and jazz, all these genres are given the full treatment by 340ml, as they produce a veritable panorama of contemporary South African music. A dynamism and creativity that earned them no less than six nominations at the South African Music Awards 2009! Very quenching!
