She quotes her sources (from Lily Allen to Devendra Banhart, from Kate Nash to Tom Waits), has a tenacious character, a slightly throaty voice with a unique timbre… in fact Camelia Jordana sounds like a fully developed adult! At the age of 17, the ex-outsider from Nouvelle Star 2009 is still stirring the airwaves with her hit single "Non Non Non" and her first self-titled album, which has surprised everyone with its diversity of styles - it was collectively composed (Mathieu Boogaerts, Doriand, BabX) – and its maturity. Her follow-up act involves a series of live gigs for which she has been working on her heady, catchy tunes to rack up the rock dimension a little (with guitars, bass and piano).
