The Marseilles-based band Nasser are riding on the crest of a wave with their wild electro rock and its insane mix of machines, guitars and drums. The trio make no concessions and assault our ears with their acid distortions, wasting beats and rock spirit all played at full volume and high velocity. With two EP’s under their belts and a first album set to be released in early 2011, Nasser are a well-oiled war machine, who, when the play live, have the audience KO on their feet with their wall of sound, abrasive riffs and reinforced concrete refrains. "Come On" – probably their best-known track – will entrance you, "La Chose" crush you, "GHB" turn you upside down. A smack in the head guaranteed.
