Saez had already caused a sensation with his song “Jeune et con” released in 1999. Since then, he has continued developing his melancholic rock music and, more importantly, his very committed and meticulous lyrics. In the same vein, here he is in 2010 with a new album with the very explicit, almost literary title of “J’accuse”. With this guitar in his hands, he denounces the excesses and injustices of contemporary society. His carefully crafted and committed lyrics set skilfully to music that is very reminiscent of his mentors, Noir Désir. A rare, well-proportioned edifice on the French musical landscape!
