From classical music to pop, from Israel to France, Yael Naim explores folk, jazz and certain aspects of pop in her own special way. After her world-wide hit New soul, she bouned back with "She Was a Boy", a new album also produced by her multi-instrumentalist accomplice David Donatien, smelling of the woods and sung in French, English and Hebrew. She has also gleaned yet another Victoire de la Musique (female artist of the year). Discovered at the 2008 edition of Paléo, she is back, accompanied by her guitar and all the emotion of her voice, to hum a few of her intimate tunes... sometimes sad, sometimes funny.
