The Festival welcomes disabled visitors. A special parking zone has been designated in the Parking Jura, close to the main entrance of the Festival and situated on a flat field but not tarred road. Entry to this parking area is strictly limited to those vehicles displaying the customary disabled driver's sticker, or a special pass issued by the Festival organisation
Mobility inside the Festival
Wheelchairs can access the site of the Festival through the main entrance (the “abonnements” corridor on the right) or by the service entrance near the Jura Parking (train level crossing).
Two roads link the top and the bottom of the Paléo field as far as the “Grande Scène”
Reserved areas
Special viewing platforms for spectators in wheelchair are installed in front of the Grande Scène (near the stage production console), at the rear of the Chapiteau, under the Dôme and at the rear of the Club Tent.

In the event of any pain or tiredness, they’re able to stop by with their carer to relax, receive care, change protection or have a drink away from the agitation of the Festival.
Toilets
Four disabled persons' toilets are situated on the Festival site: one facing the platform of the Grande Scène, one next to the infirmary near the Chapiteau, another near the Club Tent, the last near the Dôme in the Village du Monde. At the Camping, address yourself to the security post near the central entrance.
Ticket
The person accompanying a handicapped person benefits of a free entry to the Festival, but not the handicapped person who must buy a ticket. It is not necessary to ask for an invitation, as the two persons benefit of the entrance to the Festival with the same ticket.
