The competition is organised by Paléo Arts & Spectacles. The competition runs from 12 February to 4 March 2024 inclusive. It is free to enter.

Participation

Anyone can enter the competition, with the exception of the Paléo Arts & Spectacles permanent office team. To take part, it is important to follow all the steps in the questionnaire and submit the completed form.

Draw and prizes

Each draw will be made from among all the correct answers received during the competition week.

Winnings are neither exchangeable nor convertible into cash. Prizes will be awarded and sent to the e-mail or postal address provided by the winners. Paléo Arts & Spectacles is solely responsible for setting up the competition and transferring the prizes to the winners.

Announcement of winners

Winners will be announced personally, by e-mail and on the competition page in due course. Paléo Arts & Spectacles reserves the right to write to the winner by e-mail to announce and transfer the prize. 

The winner will have 48 hours to announce his or her win by replying to the e-mail sent by Paléo Arts & Spectacles. If the winner has not announced him/herself within this period, Paléo Arts & Spectacles may draw another winner at random.

Right to cancel/modify the competition

Paléo Arts & Spectacles reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time during the entry period if there are important reasons for doing so.

Competition

In addition to agreeing to be contacted in the event of winning the competition, by registering, participants consent to the use of the personal data they provide in connection with the competition for the purposes of promotional communications or information by Paléo Arts & Spectacles only.

This data will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be passed on or sold to third parties.

Participants may at any time withdraw their consent and object to the processing of their personal data for promotional or information purposes. This can be done either via the “unsubscribe” link in the communication or by contacting Paléo directly in writing to express their opposition. The participants’ personal data will then no longer be processed for this purpose and will be deleted.

Participants have rights concerning their personal data, including the right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, and opposition to processing, which they may exercise by contacting Paléo in writing at the following address: protectiondesdonnees@paleo.ch.
