Paléo is a VERY big family of 5'500 volunteers. The Festival is built on an associative model and a decentralised organisation where every contribution matters.
By joining the adventure, each volunteer plays a key role in the success of an extraordinary cultural project. It is an intense collective experience that allows you to develop new skills, meet incredible people and enjoy a timeless week at the heart of the backstage of Switzerland’s largest festival.

Yeah! We’re so lucky—most of our loyal volunteers come back every year, which is why almost all of our teams are already full.
We still have a few openings in certain areas for enthusiastic individuals eager to experience this incredible event from the inside.
