Paléo is a utopia. It is built on respect for the audience, volunteers and artists. We work to offer the best possible experience for everyone. Quality of hospitality, accessibility measures, inclusive pricing and a warm atmosphere have shaped our reputation far and wide.

Paléo is part of a virtuous cultural, economic and social ecosystem. Organised with the support of the region’s population, we collaborate each year with local associations and charitable organisations. We also support numerous socio-cultural initiatives through our Equiléo Foundation.

Paléo believes in volunteering. It lies at the heart of our philosophy. As a place of learning and transmission, the Festival has always been able to rely on the support of its volunteers. A relationship built on trust, mutual respect and solidarity, within an environment designed to share know-how, acquire new skills and live a unique collective experience.

Paléo is a fully self-financed non-profit association. This choice means that we answer to our audience, not to shareholders or public authorities. It guarantees our independence and ensures a management approach that reflects our values, placing the public at the centre of our priorities.

Paléo is committed to developing an ambitious sustainability policy aimed at reducing its impact. As a real laboratory, we develop, test and share new actions every year: 100 percent green energy, reusable tableware, solar farm, public transport networks, soil protection. In 2025, Paléo was certified A Greener Festival, an international recognition of our commitment.
