The contest takes place from February 19 to March 12 2026, inclusive. It involves answering three questions about the Paléo Festival each week. A draw will be held among the participants.

Participation

Each participant may take part in the contest only once. Participation is exclusively through the Paléo app. It is open to everyone, except for the permanent office team of the PALEO FESTIVAL NYON.

Draw, prizes, and publication of winners’ names

The draw will be conducted among all complete responses received during the contest period. No correspondence will be entered into. All legal recourse is excluded. Winners will be notified personally. Their first names and the first letter of their last names will also be published on the Paléo app. Prizes are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. Each participant agrees to the publication of their first and last name on the Paléo app.

Data protection

Apart from agreeing to be contacted in the event of winning the contest, by registering, the participant consents to the use of the personal data they provide in connection with the contest solely for promotional or informational communications by Paléo Arts & Spectacles.

This data will not be used for any other purpose, nor shared or sold to third parties.

Participants may withdraw their consent and object to the processing of their personal data for promotional or informational purposes at any time. This can be done either via the “unsubscribe” link in the communication or by contacting Paléo directly in writing to assert their objection. The participant’s personal data will then no longer be processed in this context and will be deleted.

Participants have rights regarding their personal data, including the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection to processing, which can be exercised by contacting Paléo in writing at the following address: protectiondesdonnees@paleo.ch.
