The challenge set by Organisme Utopique de Mécanique Pulsée Hexadécimale, aka O.U.M.P.H., is to play techno with acoustic instruments. Armed with their trumpets, sousaphones, saxophones, snare drums, and trombones, the eight instrumentalists get the audience up and dancing to their frantic, binary beats.
