With her musical project RAKI, Sandrina Rakotozafiminahy offers her colourful, organic universe. Through haunting rhythms and jazz-like harmonies, her powerful voice expresses the power of the feminine in a retro-futuristic world. The style of the compositions is a mixture of jazz-pop-electro-experimental inspirations. Difficult to classify, like Björk who doesn't hesitate to juxtapose references from very different origins, her repertoire is often on the borderline between pop and off-piste, a sincere sweetness and an outburst.
