Ticket infos

  • 6-day passes

Do you use your 6-day pass yourself throughout the week?

Paléo Festival Nyon is offering you the possibility of replacing it with a mechanically sealed bracelet. This is an option and not an obligation. Get your bracelet at the "Accueil" opposite the main Festival entrance from 10 a.m. on Sunday 17 July and throughout the six days of the Festival from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday 19 July is the first day of the Festival, so there is usually a longer wait at the "Accueil". We recommend planning ahead or coming on Sunday 17 or Monday 18 July.
Warning: this bracelet is not transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Do you share your 6-day pass?

You can also share your 6-day pass during the week. Please note: When you arrive at the Festival, you should not have a mechanically sealed bracelet put on. To enter the Festival, you will have to present your 6-day pass on the "Paléo Tickets" application only.
The day you want to transfer your 6-day pass to another person:

    • Use the "Send" function from the "Paléo Tickets" application (three yellow dots at the bottom of your pass)
    • Your recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to collect the pass
    • Once the 6-day pass has been used for the evening, he/she can return your pass to you using the same "Send" function from the app

Those holding the Festival 6-day passes will be admitted free of charge:

    • to the open-air swimming pool in Nyon, which is situated at the lakeside on the road out to Geneva
    • to the Roman Museum (Nyon), the Musée du Léman (Nyon) and the Swiss National Museum (Château de Prangins)
  • Children, reduced tariffs and handicapped persons

Children up to the age of 12 are admitted free of charge. Children from the age of 12 pay the student tariff.

    Reduced tariff

The teenagers (12 to 18), the students, the apprentices, the senior citizens, the disabled and the unemployed, in Switzerland or abroad, are entitled to the reduced tariff. They must be able to prove their identity/status on entry to the Festival.

Would you like to change your reduced rate ticket into an adult ticket? You can pay the supplement at the "Accueil" (opposite the main entrance) every day during the Festival from 8.00 to 2.00. Payments can only be made by card.

    Handicapped persons

A disabled person must be in possession of a ticket. Their helper is admitted free of charge. There’s no need to ask for an invitation, both people enter with the same ticket. In the event of a non-definitive exit from the site, both must obtain a pass-out mark.

  • Céline Dion postponed to 2023

Oh yeah ! Céline Dion has confirmed her show at Paléo on 17 July 2023

As the artist unfortunately already had other commitments during the week of the Paléo Festival 2022, the postponement date of her initial concert has therefore been set for 17 July 2023.

Have you bought Céline Dion tickets for 20 July 2020? Just update them and they will be valid for the new date.

    Update of tickets
Ticket formats purchased in 2019 (pdf and paper) are no longer valid. An update of the tickets is necessary. All ticket holders have been notified by e-mail and the new tickets, to be downloaded from the Paléo Tickets app, are already available.

The evening with Céline Dion is already sold out and no tickets will be available for this specific date.

  • Ticket check - Don't be fooled!

Don't be fooled by secondary platforms

The Fédération romande des consommateurs (FRC, the consumer federation for French-speaking Switzerland) receives complaints daily from people who feel they were cheated when they bought tickets online. Paléo Festival Nyon is a partner of the FRC (Romande Consumer Rights Federation) for its work against ticket touting. Make sure you are on the site of the authorised ticketing office!
