Lovingly selected food stalls
Every year, the Festival carefully selects the very best food stalls to offer a truly unique culinary experience!
The quality and origin of the products, the decoration of the stalls, as well as the variety and pricing of the food are all thoroughly reviewed to ensure an unforgettable tasting experience.
Top 10 Paléo Selection
As part of its ongoing commitment to quality, Paléo Festival relies on a team of undercover tasters who anonymously assess the food stands using a detailed evaluation grid. From the welcome to the value for money, nothing escapes their sharp taste buds! The ten highest-rated stands from the previous year are awarded the “Top 10 Paléo Selection” label, which they proudly display on their signs.
Certified Sustainable
As part of its ecological transition, a dedicated team at the Festival evaluates food stands using a sustainability-focused criteria grid. Local sourcing of ingredients, vegetarian options, waste management and carbon footprint—all aspects are carefully analysed. The most committed stands receive the “Certified Sustainable” label, a mark of transparency and genuine effort toward more eco-friendly food. This label is displayed on the certified stands’ signs, helping environmentally conscious festival-goers make informed choices.
New this year
Each year, new culinary trends emerge and the Festival has a keen eye for spotting them. Every edition sees delicious newcomers enriching the food offer. Newly selected stands feature the “New” label perfect for curious festival-goers looking for fresh and tasty discoveries.
New : Vegetarian Options!
Because eating well doesn't have to mean eating meat, Paléo Festival maps out every year the food stalls offering vegetarian choices. Soups, hot dishes, snacks or world specialities : the range is wider than you might think. The relevant stalls display the "Vegetarian Options" label, so festival-goers can spot their go-to addresses at a glance, without having to read through every menu.

Reusable and Returnable Tableware at Food Stalls
Paléo has implemented a reusable and returnable tableware system to significantly reduce waste and single-use items.
Numerous return points are located throughout the Festival grounds and at the Quartier Libre, close to the food stalls. You can return your plates, bowls, cups, pitchers and even your rubbish, at these stations! Please note that cutlery is not returnable.
Deposit prices are CHF 2.– for cups, plates and bowls, and CHF 5.– for pitchers. Your deposit is refunded to your bank account via your card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), smartphone (Apple Pay, Google Pay) or a Paléo prepaid card (available at the “No Cash” exchange points).
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own containers onto the Festival site.
By doing so, you help make the Festival more welcoming and sustainable. We thank you in advance!
Bars to Quench Every Thirst
Nearly 40 bars are spread across the entire site, from the main Festival grounds to the Quartier Libre. Beer, wine, cocktails (alcoholic and alcohol-free), and refreshing soft drinks, there’s something for everyone.
All wines are carefully selected from regional vintages and offered at affordable prices.
Each bar is run by a local cultural or sports association. By raising a glass, you’re directly supporting them!
Starting in early July, you’ll be able to find the full list of bars, food stands, craft stalls and info points in the "Map" section of our mobile app.
The app allows you to:
- Search for stands and bars by product or cuisine type: fondue, poutine, falafel, pizza, wine, tagine…
- Filter by category: vegan, vegetarian, lactose-free…
- Locate stands and bars directly on the map.
- Discover stalls officially labelled by Paléo.
