It is easy to come to Paléo by public transport! 

During the Festival week, we work in collaboration with NStCM-TPN, CarPostal, CFF, TCS, TL and TPG, to set up additional lines and best serve the region and several cities in Romandy.

Information by destination
Nyon and district

Several means of transport are deployed to best serve festival-goers coming from Nyon and its surroundings. 

Nyon

From Nyon station, the NStCM “little red train” takes you with high frequency to the L’Asse stop, located near the Festival entrance. 

The journey is free in the concert evenings for all holders of a Paléo ticket. 

The NStCM train timetable will soon be available.

The region’s regular TPN bus lines remain paid, even during the Festival.  

TPN bus timetables can be viewed via their website.

 

District of Nyon

Seven special CarPostal lines serve much of the Nyon district for free during the Festival. These lines are accessible for free to anyone holding a Paléo ticket.  

Buses stop at two different coach stations depending on origin and are located about 500 meters from the Festival entrance. Consult the map to locate the Vuarpillière and Parc Chevalin stops.  

Stop « La Vuarpillière » serves lines A, B, C, F and G: 

  • Line A: Gland / Prangins 
  • Line B: Nyon Ouest 
  • Line C: Nyon Centre 
  • Line F: Dully / Tartegnin / Bursins / Luins 
  • Line G: Burtigny / St-George / Longirod / Le Vaud / Begnins 

Stop « Parc Chevalin » serves lines D and E: 

  • Line D: Crans / Chavannes-de-Bogis / Crassier / Eysins 
  • Line E: Gingins / Chéserex / La Rippe / Crassier / Borex / Eysins

la Cure — St-Cergue

From La Cure / St‑Cergue, the NStCM “little red train” takes you to the Trélex‑Dépôt stop located near the Festival entrance. 

On the return, 4 additional trains are offered to go back toward St‑Cergue / La Cure. The journey is free in the concert evenings for all holders of a Paléo ticket.

Lausanne et agglomération

Going to the Festival  

Use the regular CFF trains between Lausanne and Nyon (paid journey). 

From Nyon, the NStCM “little red train” ensures the connection to the L’Asse stop, located near the Festival entrance. This train runs on an enhanced schedule throughout the event. 

The NStCM journey is free for Paléo ticket holders.

Return 

Return with the NStCM train from the L’Asse stop to Nyon (free journey in concert evenings).

From Nyon, several additional trains are offered to reach Lausanne station (paid journeys). Upon arrival of some of these trains at Lausanne station, special TL lines ensure the continuation of the journey for free in the Lausanne metropolitan area.

Genève et agglomération

Going to the Festival  

Use regular CFF trains to Nyon station (paid journey).  

From Nyon, the NStCM “little red train” ensures the connection to the L’Asse stop, located immediately near the Festival entrance. This train runs on an enhanced schedule throughout the event. The NStCM journey is free for Paléo ticket holders.  

Return by train  

Return possible with the NStCM from the L’Asse stop to Nyon (free journey in concert evenings).  

From Nyon, several additional trains are offered to reach Geneva‑Cornavin station (paid journeys). Upon arrival of some of these trains at Geneva station, special TPG lines ensure the continuation of the journey for free in the Geneva metropolitan area.

Montreux — Saint-Maurice — Martigny

Going to the Festival  

Use regular CFF trains to Nyon station (paid journey). 

From Nyon, the NStCM “little red train” ensures the connection to the L’Asse stop, located immediately near the Festival entrance. This train runs on an enhanced schedule throughout the event. 

The journey is free in concert evenings for ticket holders. 

Return 

Return possible with the NStCM from the L’Asse stop to Nyon (free journey in concert evenings). 

From Nyon, a special train in addition to regular trains is offered to reach Martigny (paid journeys).

Fribourg — Bulle

Going to the Festival by train  

Use regular CFF trains to Nyon station (paid journey).  

From Nyon, the NStCM “little red train” ensures the connection to the L’Asse stop, located immediately near the Festival entrance. This train runs on an enhanced schedule throughout the event. 

The journey is free in concert evenings for ticket holders.

Return by train 

Return possible with the NStCM from the L’Asse stop to Nyon (free journey in concert evenings). 

From Nyon, two special trains in addition to regular trains are offered to reach Fribourg station (paid journeys).

Special TCS buses

Alternatively, special TCS buses are in place to allow access to Paléo Festival from different regions.  

For Bulle and Fribourg, line 1 ensures the journey, both outbound and return. Several stops are served between Fribourg and Paléo, and vice‑versa.

Return from the Festival is scheduled at 2:00 a.m.  

Buses arrive and depart from the Vuarpillière coach station, located 500 meters from the Festival entrance.

This service is paid and reservation only, via their website

Sierre — Sion — Monthey

Special TCS buses are set up to allow access to the Paléo Festival from different regions. 

For Sierre, Sion and Monthey, line 2 ensures the journey, both outbound and return. Several stops are served between Sierre and Paléo, and vice‑versa. 

Return from the Festival is scheduled at 2:00 a.m. 

Buses arrive and depart from the Vuarpillière coach station, located 500 meters from the Festival entrance.

Le Locle — Neuchâtel

Special TCS buses are set up to allow access to the Paléo Festival from different regions. 

For Le Locle and Neuchâtel, line 3 ensures the journey, both outbound and return. Several stops are served between Neuchâtel and Paléo, and vice‑versa. 

Return from the Festival is scheduled at 2:00 a.m.

Porrentruy — Delémont — Bienne
