Céline Dion live show cancellation and refund    

Céline Dion has reluctantly had to cancel all her summer festival dates, including Paleo, for health reasons. The artist continues to be treated for severe and persistent muscle spasms that prevent her from performing. We share the disappointment of fans and wish Celine Dion a speedy recovery. We hope to welcome this great artist in the future. 

In the meantime, all tickets purchased for the Céline Dion live show will be refunded. 

We sincerely regret this cancellation and thank you for your patience and understanding. 

 

What do I do if I bought a ticket for Celine Dion? 

You purchased a ticket for Céline Dion, and we thank you for your patience. 

Unfortunately, the live show has been cancelled and the full price of your ticket(s) has been credited to your account. 

 

As a reminder:

Price of a Céline Dion adult ticket: CHF 89. Reduced price (students/UVS/Unemployed/IA): CHF 79.

*Did you buy a 7-day pass in 2020? This was split into a 6-day pass 2022 + a Céline Dion Monday ticket 2023.

Price of a Céline Dion adult ticket: CHF 85. Reduced price (Students/AVS/Unemployed/AI): CHF 75.

 

 

TWO OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU: 

  • You can keep your credit for future ticket purchases

    • You don’t have to do anything; your credit is already available in your customer account. 

    • You can use your credit to buy tickets for the 2023 Festival (line-up unveiled on 21 March 2023, ticket sale on 29 March 2023) or during the Christmas ticket sale (December 2023) for the 2024 Festival.  Your credit will appear at the time of payment and will be debited accordingly. Please note that your credit doesn’t guarantee the purchase of a ticket.

    • The deadline for using the credit is 20 December 2023. 

  • You can get a refund

    • Access your customer account. 

    • Log in with your e-mail address, the one with which you bought your ticket. 

    • Click on the purple “refund” button on the home page. 

    • Follow the instructions. 

    • Your IBAN* and the BIC/SWIFT** of your bank will be required. 

    • The refund will be processed within 30 working days. 

    • The deadline for requesting a refund is 30 September 2023. 

     

    *You’ll find your IBAN number on your debit card, in your e-banking account or in your account statements. 

    **The BIC/SWIFT is the number of your bank. It’s not always on your card, but you can find it on your e-banking account or by searching for BIC SWIFT + the name of your bank on a search engine.

  • Where can I find my IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number?

    You’ll find your IBAN number on your debit card, in your e-banking account or in your account statements. 

    The BIC/Swift is the number of your bank. It’s not always on your card, but you can find it on your e-banking account or by searching for BIC SWIFT + the name of your bank on a search engine. 

  • What is a credit?

    A credit is a sum of money that corresponds to the amount of your original purchase. For example, if you bought a ticket for CHF 89, your account will be credited with CHF 89 which you can use to buy tickets at the March 2023 or December 2023 ticket sale, if you so wish. 

  • How do I find my tickets?

    • If you’re the person who initially bought the ticket, you’ll find your ticket and purchase history in your customer account à customer account  

    • If you received the ticket from someone else, check your ticket history in the “transfers” tab of your Paleo Tickets app. 

  • I’d bought a 7-day pass, what happens now?

    The 7-day passes for 2020 (valid from Monday to Sunday) were split into one ticket for the Céline Dion show on 17 July 2023 + one 6-day pass for the 2022 festival (Tuesday-Sunday).  

    People who bought those passes were thus able to use them in 2022. 

    As for the Céline Dion ticket, it will be reimbursed on the same terms as mentioned above. 

     

  • Can I exchange my Celine Dion ticket for a 2023 Festival ticket?

    Unfortunately, a ticket exchange isn’t possible.  

    However, you can use your credit at the 2023 ticket office (29 March 2023) or during the Christmas ticket sale (December 2023) for next year’s event. Your credit will appear at the time of payment and will be debited accordingly. 

    Please note that your credit doesn’t guarantee the purchase of a ticket. 

  • Have you bought tickets and given them to relatives?

    As the original purchaser, YOU will receive the credit on YOUR account. If the person who now owns the ticket wishes to have a refund, YOU will have to make the request and the money will be refunded to your bank account. 

    If you’re in doubt or no longer remember to whom you transferred tickets, you’ll find the complete history of ticket transfers in your customer account or in the history of your Paleo Tickets app. 

  • Have you received tickets from a third party?

    We would like to inform you that the original purchaser of the tickets will receive the credit or refund, for legal reasons. Indeed, the person who initially purchased the tickets is contractually bound to Paleo Festival. We invite you to contact the person who transferred the tickets to you.
