In response to the noise of today’s world, from fake news to the horrors of war, La Ruche’s programme questions language, spoken of course, but also in all its joyful forms. The artists challenge us: Today, is it really better to hear than to be deaf? How can we escape and break free from the surrounding din? 

The answer comes through acrobatic finesse, mime, the cries of the body, and the poetry of movement. Language will take on endless forms, unfiltered… and drinks will naturally be ordered in sign language!
